Well I decided to do a facelift, how is it looking so far?
Thanks!

I prefer it to your current site, as the red is not as prominent so it doesn't irritate my eyes as much. Layout looks nice, you could add a few more images below to show the variety you carry.
Your shop logo goes well with the background.

A darker red might fade into the green for us colorblind folk -- perhaps a lighter red instead?

I checked it out in my Photoshop colourblindess filter (http://www.vischeck.com/), and although the red and green did look the same shade of brown, the darker border around the text made it still easily legible.
But I stand ready to be contradicted if you're saying you can't read it?

Oh great. Now I'm getting hungry. When are you going to post links to your coupons and an address so we can all crash?
Seriously, I like the design. Looks very "italian".

Also I was just wondering guys, and ladies... Well me and my frien were thinking about going into a web-design profession. I was wondering if you think we have what it takes, what do we need and etc...

you should center the text on your links. It looks...out.
Everything Else is centered
