new layout having problems with coding.....

ok i just got a new layout for my site http://www.warpcell.com i havent sliced it or anything yet, all i did was add an iFrame'd shoutbox. but, when ever you look at the site in different views, the position of the shoutbox is COMPLETELY off. is there any way i can make it so it is the same in all views?

i wish i could take credit for it, but someone at http://www.tutorialforums.com designed it for me.
btw i fixed the problem =)
now i just have to:
1- find a script to sign up for newsletter
2- find out how to make my buttons those images ("submit" "clear")
3- make the text fields like the images

can anyone help there?

ya mighta just a fixed® the shoutbox??? 'cept ummm nowww ya gotta extend your top/bottom horizontal bars to fit the 'width' of the middle just a rea® :O(((
