If anyone can make this, you get paid

My school has done a "dating game" for a couple years now. And they are tired of the old program a couple kids wrote a couple of years ago. The program lets fill out there likes and dislikes and then matches each student with 3 other students that would be a good match for them. My school is willing to pay anyone who would be able to make this program. Please I hope someone in here can.

You should be more specific. Like for starters which language do you need it coded in? :)

What platform do you want it on? What language do you want it in? How will the information about each person be formatted?

But if you want a real functionale tool, and not just a "nice to have feature", then it's more a question a matching-algorithms (and of defining and finding the right variables and values for all possible options) then of coding interfaces en managing a db.
I have some experience in fuzzy logic matching and it's not always that simple ...
