Chat room install needed

1) Project Details: I need FlashChat installed. It's the free version. I'm not sure what the difference is with this version and the $5 one. All files are already on the server. When installing, I need to integrated it with a phpBB board already at the site and in use.

I need a banner rotator at this forum and also a place to put Google Adsense at the top and at the bottom of the forum pages.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal. I can pay instantly when work is complete.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): The only additional info I can think of is the Chat program files are already uploaded, it simply needs to be installed through the install.php page via a browser. When doing this, I need the option chosen to integrate it with the forum at the site. I'm unclear on how to set up the database at C-panel, so that needs done.

well sometimes banner not works with FlashChat...it is totally based on flash so you can edit the main file to make changes as per your requirements.

No, I simply need FlashChat installed. I need banner rotators and a place for adsense at the forum, not at the Chat. I need FlashChat integrated with the forum that's at the site. I do need help, but it seems I never get serious coders at this forum. It's frustrating.
