Hello all!

Two questions

1. Now in perl you can specify with time a day ahead or behind with 86400.. ect...
Now How can I tell in perl mind you ,,, when it is exacly 12:00 pm!

I have been trying to get this foreaver!,,, any help most appreciated!

Okay second

2. Now I recently was checking out the apche server.. at http://httpd.apache.org/

Now when I tried to download the server,, ect...
All I saw were TONS of sub folders... Now ,, i must admit I was a little confused,, So if anyone could point me in the right direction or point to somwere that could please im all ears and eyes hehe!

1. No unless your script is run as a daemon. You can use crontab at set your script run exactly at 12:00pm.

2. download here: http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi
