designer looking for cheap/free work

Currently i'm looking for work, i can design a small website for your organisation or small business using the following:

* SQL

If you're interested, I was thinking of starting an adoptables site similar to PokePlushes (http://www.pokeplushies.com/) and other sites.

I already have a script setup to make the adoptable and 1 feed = 1 level.

I'm pretty much looking for a partner, so no money would be exchanged, but as well as enlarging your portfolio, it could also be used as a source of revenue if you'd like to help make, and make it larger?
