PSD to html + whmcs intergration

Hello guys. I am in search of a coder to code my psd to html and then intergrate whmcs into it. I've heard it's a easy job. Don't expect it to be valid xhtml, just good enough. I really need this. Please help

Well, I would let you customize your own plan. So you could have unlimited bandwidth if you want etc. Also, yes it is a reseller!
