Collection of different style elements without any coherence?

In general i'am very satisfied with the layout, functionality and images (poor quality) used, however:

I think it's the colors or so which don't match, it looks like the site is a collection of different style elements without any coherence.

Could you please point me in the right direction!

The colors don't clash, but it seems they could be worked with.

I could suggest things all day long, all kinds of colors and combinations, but perhaps this would be better. Have you seen http://kuler.adobe.com/ ? Its a great tool for seeing color combos, and getting some pleasing results.

I do have a comment about the site besides the colors. When you click on the main menu items, most of them come to a blank content area with links to the left. It seems...unfinished. Perhaps you can use that area to empower those sections.

You're right it's very - empty - when you click the main items, i surely go working on that .
