Order form with quantities

Hi all,

I've tried searching, but with no avail.

Anyone got a pre-made Javascript order form with quantities, that calculates the order "on the go"?

Nothing fancy, just a basic one. I'm making a program with PHP, but the Javascript order form seems better.

I think your question is too vague. Order forms come in many varieties. First of all, try seaching this forum for "order form" which ought to give you some examples.
