Hey again guys!
Okay, so I'm planning to start this web design company, and I'm now desperately trying to figure out a nice name for it. I think it would be cool to somehow unite two or several words to form a hybrid, like scandinavian + interactive = scanactive. What do you think and do you have any suggestions? I don't have that many suggestions myself :rolleyes: and any help would be greatly appreciated. One thing that I DO know, is that I want it to be fairly short, so that both the name and domain address is easy to remember.

actually, I was sort of joking :p I totally understood what you want, however I was trying to point out that there's not a whole lot you can do with those two particular words :)

StaceyJo 03-25-2003, 05:37 PM I like scanactive because it sounds cool. From a marketing standpoint, I would suggest adding another word to describe your services such as Scanactive Web Design.
Other words to consider: kinectic or kinectics. Both have different meanings and I think they sound interesting.
Kinectic - pertaining to or caused by motion, characterized by movement.
kinectics - the branch of mechanics that studies the actions of forces in producing or changing the motion of the masses.

Cynosure - An object that serves as a focal point of attention and admiration. Something that serves to guide. Can also mean: center, focus, guide, pattern, personality...
What do you think?
