I am looking for someone to create a script to login to a https website with a username/password, and download a file posted on the page that is a csv file. Basically its a electric companies website, and I am looking to download the latest posted csv file that includes all the power usage for the previous day. I don't care what language its done in but I would like the source code so if I need to make changes later.

I've done PHP scripts that login to https sites before, I can do it if you are ok with PHP (using the CURL library). PM me the details so I can code the rest :)
