Tiny PHP job

Hi,

Forgive my lack of technical expertise (After all thats why I'm here!)

I have several different html form pages on my website that when filled out and submitted goes to a different .php page with capcha box.

On completing the captcha details and submitting, the form details are emailed to me and a 'thank you' page is displayed.

If possible I want the captcha box to appear on the same html page as the form, and not on a seperate page.

Can anyone help with this?

IS the GD extension available to use. If your not sure then that's alright I can tell you how.

Create a file called /phpinfo.php

Inside put:

phpinfo();
?>


The just point your web browser to the new page, scroll down until you see the following (if its not there then its not installed)

If its not enabled (or not there at all) that's ok.


Mostly for PHP developers we create the images using the above library but without it, the old fashioned preset images need to be utilized.
