Hi - it's me again.
I've recently started my own communication and design firm, and am certain that I will need sub-contractors for some of the database type stuff that my clients will need.
I'm looking for a pool of sub-contractors who are technically proficient, responsible, professional, and will charge sub-contractor rates such that I am still making a good profit?
