Submit Form help

Hi all!

I am trying to create a submit form but not working. When a user does NOT enter the Require Fields and click on the Send Request button, it should not link to a blank page. It needs to go to the error page letting the user know they MUST enter the Required Fields.

Also, when all fields are filled and click on the Send Request button, I do not get the email back to me.

I have attached a zip file for the HTML sheet and the external CSS sheet and the Send Request button in GIF.

I just figured that you need to create an error html page.

I have attached the error html page and made some changes to the form.html page.

Alright, maybe what I am trying to do is too complex in the coding. Is there another easier way to create this Contact Form than what I have?
