Which of these sites has a better design please?

I would be interested to hear people's feedback about two of our microsites, which were done by two different designers.

In terms of design - the aesthetic look - which one do you think looks better please? Curious to know what the experts think, as me and my colleague think completely differently, and I'd like to know which one to put in our portfolio.

I like the vision better. The New Zealand looks like a template. They both are good, each appealing to a different audience. The New Zealand has the business look, like they are reputable. The Vision one is more fun.

I prefer the first one personally, as printer said the second design looks very business orientated so if that is your aim then that would be a good one to go with. However the first design is more friendly and I would prefer to visit it myself.
