Dreamhost Formmail, unable to send file attachment

hey, i've build a form using dreamhosts formmail script... http://formmail.dreamhost.com/cgi-bin/formmail.cgi the only problem is that it wont accept file attachments and i'm not sure what to do. anyone reccomend a simple alternative to that?

i found this one which seems pretty good but it doesnt support file attachments either...
