Textarea works different for IE & Mozilla

Hello all ,

I just want to know the problem for Textarea that works differently for

different browsers.

Like in a Textarea for maximum of 250 charcters ,

In Internet Explorer : - When texts are entered in the first row the text

automatically jumps to the next row after some characters (38 char.) are entered .

But In MozillaFF - when the texts are entered in the same text area ,

the text does not jumps on next row at all and the textarea get expanded &

all the max. 250 characters are entered in the same first row only .

please checkout the (Description) Textarea of this above link form with IE & Mozilla .

Please suggest me what can be the actual problem for these ,

& kindly suggest me the possible solution that can be applied

so that after few charcters text get jumps to the next rows in all the other browsers also ,

like that in Internet Explorer .

wrap="hard"

or
