Exactly what my subject says, is exactly what I think we should have.
Anyone else agree?
I know you do, just say you do...

VB and VB.NET Sub Forum in ASP.Morgoth 03-23-2003, 08:21 PM Exactly what my subject says, is exactly what I think we should have. Anyone else agree? I know you do, just say you do... cg9com 03-24-2003, 01:56 PM Isnt VB client side? Why would that go in the server side forums. raf 03-24-2003, 02:47 PM Just being presumptuous, but he means Vbscript. Which can be used both clientsided as serversided (as scriptinglanguage for ASP) In fact VBscript is almost only used as scriptlanguage for ASP’s so that is probably his point. (Note: I’m not saying I agree with Morgoth. What will the JScript guys ask/think, and the C# coders like whammy? Just keep it in one forum. Not that much action going on to split it up) Morgoth 03-24-2003, 08:02 PM Well, either put The VB, VBscript, and VB.net forum as a subforum for ASP, or add on in another programming forum... Coding is coding, for the web or for the computer! Mhtml 03-27-2003, 10:57 AM There are hardly any .net or js related questions in there, most are just plain vb with the occasional .net/js question.. Morgoth 03-27-2003, 01:14 PM That's kinda why it would only be a sub forum... Mhtml 03-27-2003, 01:16 PM What I mean is a sub forum would at this time be made redundant in no time at all. |
