I want update scoring for my fantasy football website, and for users in my site to be able to submit only there teams and for them to be locked at game time

Yes I am willing to pay for this. I bought a website called livefordraftday.com and I bought it from webs.com. I'm not truly building it from straight coding (meaning I'm just using webs templetes and website design program) even though I have added a couple of widget of htlm code. So I am unsure of the code CSS if that is a type of code I believe.
