Map Editors for Warcraft 3 TFT

I was wondering where warcraft 3 map editors can be found
and which one is suitable to use for a beginner like me

There is only one map editor and it's the official one made by Blizzard.

It's bundled with the game.

Never used tutorials for the editor since I was familiar with programming (I knew what a "if", "else", "while", "for" were...).

The editor is pretty simple yet powerful. If I remember it's based on LUA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lua_(programming_language)
