I might mention that 'done to perfection' would likely be over the $100 budget range. My minimum bid would be about $400 for this, but I'm not interested at the moment, too much on my plate. So please be realistic in your budget if you want quality work.

"done to perfection" is ambiguous. You should clarify that.
