I have a small but annoying problem with Filezilla which is fine in other respects. I cannot find how to persuade it to open the htdocs folder on the site, where all my files are.
Each time that I use it, I need to open the htdocs folder myself.:( Isn't it always the small things that get to one.

Any assistance as to how to correct this, welcomed.

Frank.

Go to your host's control panel and create an ftp sub account(you may get help from the support team, if required) which points to your htdocs folder, and then use this account details while connecting from your ftp client.

Hello abduraooft.

I just couldn't get it to work that way at all. I un-installed it and re-instelled but to no avail. I found that my editor has a facility to up/download. I configured it and everything is now OK.

Perhaps it is just Windows 7.
