Remove colour from Div

Hi :) i've used css to code the div layers in my web page so that they all have a background colour of grey. If i wanted one div layer to have no background colour, what would i do? Is there a way to do this?

Setting background-color to white on the required div might be the simplest solution. If you want to be able to see what's behind the div for whatever reason, then background-color:transparent.
