Html image related!! Important please help

Hi, I have more than a basic understanding of html, but im stuck at a point at which when I place an image i can write only 1 line next the image, but actually i want to write a whole paragraph next to the image placed. Image is of 272x195. and I want to type around 4-5 lines next to the image. PLEASE HELP
