How do I code this

I am not sure that I am in the right place for this, but perhaps some of you can at least tell me what this is?

if you click there and press on an image it opens it in a nice new window. I have no idea how to make it do that exactly this way. I can make a pop up but this is a different style that I really like. Any help is appreciated!

Well, you can see that it's calling some JavaScript called "omega light box" (or words to that effect), so google for that and see if it's a freebie or costs money.
