Hwo to build this page?????

hi guys,
how are you? this question might have been asked before, but i really need help from you guys on how to do a similar page like:

i need to make a similar job of 'Exchange Rates History by month" like on above website. it doesnt have to be very complicated, just html will do, a person in front of the computer will do the daily changes.

i do know html, but not advance, little bit of css, but please be specific on how i can go about creating this table and history of exchange rates/

Also how can we do changes of the rates 2-3 times a day without knowing how to do coding, html, websites, etc?

So you don't need the find feature? If you wanted someone to be able change it without knowing html or coding then you yourself will need to know a lot more than just html. That requires knowing a server side language and how to interact with a database or flat file of some kind. Its also not something someone can just walk through step by step.

i do need the find feature. well what i had in mind is that if i setup a rate.html page and give them empty tables so when the rates change, they can just enter the rates manually and click save.

when you say a server language like what? i have used joomla, sql,

i just need a start and few tips then i can do it, i dont need a step by step help.

Ok,

Tips:


make a php page
make a table with date and # and id
make a sql to display where month = request (using post)
use explode to get the month and other info from date field in mySQL table

2nd section

Make another PHP page (hopefully with a login)
make a add option with a form and # for ___ day
use that page to insert into the sql table
using date() for date and use auto-increment for mySQL
