Resizing the height of an iframe

I need some help to calculate the height of an iframe. My website is for publishing polls. These polls can be published in a blog, social network, etc... The problem is that the poll has a fixed width but the height dependes of the number of pictures, answers and text.

I can't find a way to calculate this height automatically. Our users are calculating the height manually.
