Part Time: 0-20hrs per week; it all depends on whether one of our clients needs updates.
($) Monthly Wage: Starting at
$60 the first month: To see if you are the candidate we are looking for!
$100 second month and wage increases $25 or more as we recieve new clients.

First month is 80 hours for $60. That's a whopping $0.75 per hour. Second month the wages increase to a full $100. Now that's more like it -- $1.25 an hour.

Yes, I am also surprised that you don't have more applicants.

Agreed, if you don't revise your payment terms I will remove the thread due to its failure to actually pay for work. I know many developers who charge $60 an hour, not a month...

Please understand that this job position ranges from 0-20 hours.

For example: Last week, the only required time spent on updating websites was 3 hours. This week its been 0 hours so far.
When we have new clients, lets say 5 new clients start next week, it can jump to 20 hours max.

The great thing about this position is that no matter if you work 4 hours the whole month, the pay will remain the same and will increase by $25 as new clients join.

In all reality, maxing out to 80 hours is unheard of. You can expect an average of 2.5 hours per week if not less!
