Drop Down Lists - Forms

I want to get a drop list to be able to do input action when seleted. I can do it with buttons, radio's and check boxes.

However I tried for hours to do it with no luck.

If anyone can shade any light on this it would be nice. I also can't find an example code of this.

Are you trying to make a <select> tag with options, like one shown at http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tag_Select.asp ? If you need to submit your form on selection of an option, add an onchange handler, like
