Basic interactive map - see details

Hey guys, I am creating a page for a local client that needs to showcase their employees that work in various offices across the world. Each satellite office has like 10-20 employees. The client wants a world map that has little dots/markers on the continents where their offices are located. When the markers are clicked, the bottom page of the website should show profiles of the employees that work in that office. The website has already been built, I just need the “map” function.

I’m not sure if this should be built in CSS , Flash, javascript, or mapping software?

This can be done with a simple image map. It's a static image.

If you want it to automatically update as more offices come available, or close down, it'll cost more then $100 to do.
