displaying a spinner for loading purpose

Hi all ,
I developing a web application where i've to load a flash file in a page. I want that until that flash is loaded a spinner should be displayed. How I can achieve that and where i've to write the code. please help me inthis regard.

There are so many tutorials about making a preloader its crazy, you just need to read one and then modify it for your needs.

Generally you make the spinner image as a movieClip to display and the actionscript checks continually if its loaded or not before playing on.
