Someone who can create a 1 page layout

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Im looking for someone to create a 1 page layout with graphics and a css style sheet. The designs I would like is similar to tiesto website (where the page is centered, there is a tiled background image, the edges of the main page are shadowed) It is basically a very simple project but I require this urgently and it would be a good little project for someone who wants to earn quick bucks. There is definatly the possibility of future work as I would prefer to stick with a coder for future projects so should have MSN as a way to communicate and be available to work on this straight away.

Well let me know what your willing to do it for and maybe we could come to an agreement. However, the reason it was priced like this is because it doesnt neeed to have any particular design - it can be very basic with no content at all - its just the actual layout im looking for

Could you be more specific as to the graphics? That makes a big difference in the time it takes to produce a site and do you have specific ideas how it should be made?
