chromeless pop ups

Has anyone figured out how to show a window with no borders etc, and instead show an image? Like mediaplayer does with various skins.

My "the Storms" and "Ultraviolent Winter" sites both use chromeless popups.

Note, in IE6 w\SP1, it shows up in FULLSCREEN mode only. There's a work-around for it, but doesn't work to my satisfaction.
