If you could get rid of that distracting flash header it could help me focus on what your website is trying to tell me.

- No favicon.

- What is the idea with the two sets of "Tilde Colon Tilde" in the page title?
It makes it look unprofessional.

- Change the font of the navigation bar tabs.

- And possible worst of all, it's written with HTML tables.

sites not too bad. easy to view layout with a nice colour theme not too dramatic although what ever page i go when reading the txt catch the banner at the top out of the corner of my eye :P  i suppose this is good because it always grabs your attention. i see you have a small amount of content to read but the content you have is fine (straight to the point and minimal). i think what you have is fine but could do with a few more pictures of one of your engineers testing a mobile or maybe of your shop / place of work. good job though

From a graphic-design standpoint, I think you did a good job. It's attractive and looks original (meaning I haven't seen too many sites like it). The colors are also nice.

You're using tables and inline CSS a bit too much - personally I'd like to see you rely more on CSS from an included file. It's cleaner source code, more professional, and will help your pages load faster.

Your site needs SEO. Big time. Start with getting different title tags on each page and then optimize your content from there. I have to imagine your site will be looking for search engine traffic.
