Need Widget built

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

This widjet must:
1. Be uploadable to MySpace, all social networks
2. Carry video that's updatable after it's uploaded
3. Have updatable notice content
4. Be passable telephone to telephone, and viewable on mobile phones
5. Have clickthrough, even FROM Myspace (the MySpace coding block can be bypassed)
6. Look cool and be able to have unique interchangable skins, 2-3 tabs.

2) Payment Amount:
$100 plus depending on functionality you are able to build into it.
