I'm creating a online, textbased game in my spare time.

I've made a landing webpage for potential users to look through and try and get them to register.

I have: Screenshots, form to email (In progress of making this) and a game demo.

You can view what i have here (http://testanema.comoj.com)

I want to now tweak it all to make it more succesfull, any ideas what i could change/add to make it even more successful?

So you basically want a review of your site? If so, this belongs in the Review (http://www.codingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37) forum.
As you say, you want to make it more successful. There are some things that aren't aesthetic that will do that.
First of all you have 42 Errors and 2 warnings in your markup (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Ftestanema.comoj.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0)
and you use tables for layout, which is bad. (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/)
Improving these will definitely help your site. You can start worrying about visual stuff after.

If that's not what you want to know then tell me and I'll try and help you.

oops.. can you move it for me then?

I read it and it just seems to make my site development even more complicated, im not a fan of css; i don't really like it.
Whats the point of spending hours to convert my layout?
