Flash based website.. help needed.

Hello.
I am creating a flash-based website.
For every page in the site there is a load, and an unload.
When you click a button on the menu I need to play the unload from the current page, then the load of the new page.
I'm not really sure how to pull this off so any suggestions are welcome.
I'm using actionscript 2.0 and CS3.

I read through the tutorials and they were helpful.
Now I want to be able to add some animation when you change pages.
How would I do that?
