Urm, wouldn't it just be a whole lot easier (and cheaper) to just make a quick database (in access, for example).
Then just throw together a quick form, there job done.

No go bro I have the spec sheet with the specific requirements and C# is one of them, well thats the language of choice for the task anyway. I don't know alot of C# thats why I'm willing to pay to get someone else to do it.

I would like to say that $75 for a desktop application is very low, and I request you be flexible with your budget.

How much do you think its worth then? I reckon $75 is a reasonable offer considering how the program should function.

I think the fact that its a desktop application requires a significant amount of work just to make the shell. The logic isn't hard, but making it functional is.
I don't program in C#, but I would imagine it takes more than a couple hours. Mostly I was just saying that I hope you can be flexible.

1.5) No homework assignments - Do not post your entire homework assignment and request that other members do it for you. This is considered cheating, and your thread may even be used by your school to prove your guilt. Now, you may ask for advice or help on a specific aspect of your assignment that you're having trouble with. Use common sense as far as what's acceptable in terms of soliciting help with homework assignments.
Not allowed, closing thread. Its unethical (at least while I was in college) and bad for your education.
