automatic content for e-mail link

I am trying to include a link on my site that will auotmaticaaly fill in the subject line and part of the message body fro an e-mail.

I have anaged to get the subject line filled in but am struggling with the body of the message.

This is what I have so far:

a href="mailto:me@home?subject=Hello"

Any suggestions

...to be correct, you should really replace the spaces with %20

but very good all the same ;)
