Security on my server?

I have a server co-located and today my ISP told me that my bandwidth has gone through the roof. Thats pretty strange because I only host a few web applicatiosn for my clients.

Win2k Professional
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.3.1
War FTP
VNC

Anbody know of security problems with this software. I know a big question.

I have all (i think) the updates I need. I cannot see why my bandwidth has gone through the roof.

Check your access logs and if you have any nice stats programs installed you can see whats eating up the bandwidth.

And that told me alot. I had some ports open that I need to close.
