Control Footer Print Settings?

Is it possible to overwrite the header or footer when printing out a webpage?

So instead of having the url showing, it would say mysite.com or something like that?

Those are registry settings. The user has to change them. I could be done with activex, but a user would have to be nuts to download a control that hacks the registry.
