Wordpress, popup (inside window)

I have wordpress, and I am going to have in each post a view link. I would like it to open a window like it does when you click "preview" at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/gear.
Is there any way I can go about doing this? I just need it to open and show a website URL that will show them a preview of the theme they are viewing.

its called a light box.. you can do it by javascript or.. ajax..
