Odd WordPress Sidebar Error?

Hi I run a Hiphop blog and for some reason my right sidebar looks different, and misaligned when viewed in Internet Explorer. But it looks fine in Firefox and Safari.

If you look at the site in Firefox, then compare it to IE you will see what I mean.

I have played around with this for a while and just can't figure it out. What am I over looking?

Any ideas I tested a few ways of moving around things today, but still no IE luck...
