Fixed time code help

Im looking for some code that can post the time and hard fix it

I have found plently of javascripts that do tell the time but obviously everytime the page is refreshed the time changes, I want it so that when you post the time stays the same

I need simple code no sql and if possible no php just javascript and html due to the limitations of whta im trying to achieve

what do you mean by "post the time"?
you want to upload to the server a given time value and show it in the page?
- it's not posible only with javascript to upload something but if something is uploaded you can show it in a page.

You might want to look at storing the date when a user first visits the site in a cookie. Then you will able to tell when they first visited.
