open mac files on windows or linux

I have copied about some files and folders from the mac computer on my Harddisk which is mac formatted. Now i want those files to copy on windows or linux.

I am not able to see in mY HD on windows vista . But in Ubuntu i am able to see the HD but the folders says that , i don't have permission to read.

Is there any way to read or copy those data in usable format

Sounds like you have all three on a network of some sorts. Create a Samba share on your Ubuntu machine and give your Windows and Mac access to it.
