There is a javascript in the "Scripts" section of this site for a "Static Menu" that remains in place as the user scrolls through the rest of the document.

I have successfully applied this to a menu at the top of my screen, but I want a sub-menu at the bottom of the screen to do this as well. I can't get the code to work for both at once, though.
Any suggestions?
