Okay. I was told that doing cache controls via meta tags wasn't good practice, so I started using PHP sessions to cache my page. But now, that doesn't seem to work with my pages that display information from MySQL. So, I'm turning to HTTP headers.

Does anyone know of a good way to learn how to use HTTP headers? I've looked through countless tutorials on the web, and none of them explain HTTP well enough for me to comprehend. I don't even know which file you put a header in:confused:
