mail shotting

i manage a site which gets about about 80+ new email subscribers a week. For the past year this company have been emailing each subscriber individually - which takes ages.

Does anyone know of a package which will email all the subscribers and auto insert the subscribers name into the first line - as the rest of the message is the same for everyone?

I don't mind paying for the service, but i would like something recommended. I have mysql and sql + php and .asp
