Looking for a highly motivated and skilled Web programmer for design agency startup

I've started my own design agency with a heavy focus on Web design, as you can see URL removed as requested (still has several problems to work out), but have lost my partner that coded that site and will need someone new to work with on projects.

I'm looking for someone that's hard-working, well-spoken, polite, can write fairly well with proper grammar, has adequate experience to code Web sites at the level or higher of the company site above, lives in the states (mid-west would be best, plan on having the base in Chicago), and is determined to go far. Must be very fluent with HTML/CSS and experience in Javascript and PHP is a plus.

Initially the pay will be low and work will be scarce, as with any new business, but I'm a very talented designer with a lot of experience, drive, and connections to make this into something great. Would you be able to describe the pay situation? Are you splitting the profit or paying the individual?

How serious are you about someone in Chicago? I used to be there :)

Very serious about moving it to Chicago. If not within the next month, then within the next 6-7 months for sure.

It wouldn't be a 50/50 split, considering the amount of work I'd do in comparison to the developer -- which would be all the design work (not all would be Web design), client management, business development, finances, etc etc.. but would be open to a split if the fit is right.

I'm also open to a 50/50 split if I find a partner who goes beyond pure development and has higher aspirations to further the business.
