Dev-C++ v4

[although version 5 is out, I prefer v4, because it compiles soooo much faster :D]

I have Visual Studio, but I tend to use Metrowerks Codewarrior when in Windows (and MacOS), and gcc while in Linux.

MingW32 on win for files that others might want to use, gcc on cygwin for personal tools, gcc in linux. I used to use bcb5.5 before, though, but that compiler have problems with programs that aren't grabage collecting correctly.

Another one for Visual C++ 6. Not used any other compliers, so dont know how it compares.
